I would like to tell you how yoga helped me during my gut-healing journey. I am diagnosed with SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth), and yoga has been incredibly beneficial for me.

The key principle of yoga that helped me was Ahimsa!

Ahimsa means non-violence or non-harming, but it’s not just about avoiding physical violence. It extends to our thoughts, words, and actions towards ourselves and others.
